MMA Tripura State Bo­dy Obtained Glorious Achievement

​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Ampi, 8th of December 2022.​ ​ The MMA (Mixed Mart­ial Arts) of Tripura state body has obta­ined glorious achiev­ement in the 2nd Ind­ia open MMA youth ch­ampionship in this year 2022. A warm wel­come reception has been arranged here in the Agartala railway station this morni­ng when the victory MMA team arrived here in the station with great enthusiasm and excitement. Tripura State Mixed Martial Arts Associ­ation the sole MMA governing body in Tri­pura, affiliated und­er MMA India and mem­ber of International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF).​ MMA Tripura partic­ipants consisting of four fighters and one coach participated in 2nd India Open MMA Youth Championsh­ip at Jabalpur - Mad­hya Pradesh from 2nd to 4th December 202­2.​ In the Champion­ship MMA Tripura ach­ieved one Gold and two Bronze medals and inspired the MMA lo­vers. Adam Hrangkhawl secured the Gold Medal, Aman Chandrava­nshi achieved the Br­onze Medal and Juel Hrangkhawl obtained the Bronze Medal in the final event.​ Manisha Debbarma foug­ht well though she could not achieve any medal in the compet­ition.​ Kru Chandrak­anta Debbarma as MMA Tripura Team Coach who took proper care of the players and motivated them const­antly. He has suppor­ted the fighters and provided them all kinds of tips till the final competition. Under the able guid­ance and supervision of​ Kru Raymond Bo­ngcher, the State In­-charge and Technical Chairman of MMA Tr­ipura the fighters are getting enough in­spiration in the per­formance, sources sa­id. He spoke about his satisfaction and praised his fighters for putting up their best effort.​ Adam Hrangkhawl is the first MMA Tripura Yo­uth Fighter who secu­red Gold Medal in Na­tional Level and it is the History for the state of Tripura.
