Amarpur, 18th of August 2025. A large number of employees have left Tripureshwari Micro Finance company for its mismanagement and hypocrisy. As per the report, TMF company which is a private micro finance company, head office location is in AD Nagar Bordowali, Agartala launched its activities in 2024 in Tripura. The main objective of the company was poverty alleviation and to provide financial resources and opportunities to individuals and communities by facilitating income generation enterprise development and as well as asset accumulation has appeared a fraud company, alleged its deprived employees. Being facing deprivation and mismanagement of the company authorities Richard Ditawma Darlong, Buatshia Darlong, Malsawmia Darlong, Chawlana Darlong and many others more than hundred employees in Dhalai district have left the company after 7 months. During appointment procedure the concerned company authority has taken security money from each aspirant Rs. 25000/30000, victim employees said. Now, the resigned employees are in great deprivation as they can't recover their pending salary nor the company give them their security money. On this regard the victim employees have submitted case in police station and urged the concerned police authorities to assist them to get back their salary and security money from the fraud company. The police officials brought the company director Uddipan Chakma and instructed him to pay their pending salary and security money but the director is only changing his payment date. The victim TMF company employees have demanded immediate payment of their pending salary and security money.
