Amarpur, 6th of February 2026. Based on secret information Debdaru O.P police officials made a campaign against anti-social & anti-gambling activities and arrested 7 culprits from different locations. As per the report, the police team has raided into a rubber garden in North Hichamara village under Debdaru O.P jurisdiction and nabbed 4 gamblers who were playing cards with cash money. On the other hand, 3 more addicted gamblers have been arrested from Kowaifung market under Debdaru O.P under Baikhara police station. Under the able guidance and supervision of the Debdaru O.P OC Bakuljoy Reang this anti gambling raid was conducted to these separate locations and gained this appreciable achievement. The arrestees are Ugya Jai Mog, Rafru Mog, Raju Mog, Amit Mog from North Hichachara village under Baikhora PS. Police have recovered from them 2 bundles of playing cards, cash Rs-2500 and 2 Nos mobiles. And on the other hand, the concerned police team has arrested other 3 more gamblers namely Tejendra Tripura, Amrita Tripura, Hari Charan Tripura from Kowaifung market with Playing Cards and Cash money of Rs-1000. The O.P O.C Bakuljoy Reang said, "To protect and promote the healthy atmosphere of the society we are always in promptness. Playing addiction, drugs addiction and wine drinking tendency are destroying the youngsters. It is our major responsibility to save our youngsters from such destructive tendency."
